We will be receiving your order during normal working hours 0900-1700 GMT Monday thru Friday. On receipt of your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
We will endeavour to contact you by telephone or by email if we are unable to talk to you on the phone.
If you have ordered a product that is not in stock we will advise you of the delivery date or suggest an alternative product that you may wish to consider.
If your ordered product is not in stock and you are not prepared to wait then we fully understand your position if you wish to cancel and be refunded. If you do decide to cancel we will refund you your total purchase price by way of an immediate credit card refund or cheque.
At all times we will endeavour to fullfill your order within 3/4 working days.
