Delivery
Please Note: Additional shipping costs may apply to the Highlands & Islands and across water. Please contact us on 01225 752494 for information regarding delivery costs to these areas.
Deliveries are made by a driver only and therefore his responsibility as solely to offload at ground level. Prior to receiving your goods, you will be notified of a delivery day. Standard delivery is normally any time during a normal working day. However, we can provide a timed delivery at additional cost and this can be advised at the time of purchase.
When you place your order you must notify AirControl Systems of any special delivery instructions that are required.
On receipt, please inspect the goods carefully for damage and proper operation, as AirControl Systems is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery, loss of products or malfunctioning equipment unless the customer advises AirControl Systems of such within two working days from the date of delivery.
Please ensure that adequate facilities are available at the place of delivery in order that the delivery driver can carry out prompt and safe unloading.
Certain deliveries are made directly by our distributors; this information will be supplied to you at the time of ordering along with the relevant contact details.
Installation
AirControl Systems is not responsible for the installation of any product.
Availability of Goods
All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.
Returns
Returning items:
Please call 01225 752494 and we will arrange a collection of any unwanted/damaged goods. You can at your cost return the item yourself which must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection on your behalf via our carrier. Items are to be returned at your cost unless you can establish to the satisfaction of AirControl Systems that the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it. Before returning the machine please contact AirControl Systems on 01225 752494.
If you wish to return the goods for whatever reason within 7 days of delivery, you may do so provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging including strapping for safe transportation. If you require strapping then we will post to you easy-to-fit strapping, We will not accept a returned machine where the packaging has simply been taped. We will pay for defective/damaged returns but should you simply not like the item and wish to return it there will be a handling/re-stocking charge. All products will be inspected and tested and unless the product is subject to a manufacturing fault, this cost and any associated repair cost will be charged to the Buyer. The minimum handling/re-stocking charge will be 20% of the original invoice value, plus the collection cost.
The customer will be credited in full excluding all delivery/handling charges once the product has been received back at AirControl Systems. AirControl Systems reserves the right to charge for any damage or missing parts.
Damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products must be reported to AirControl Systems within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
The manufacturer may offer free inspection and repair for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices & Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Unless otherwise stated the goods shall not become the property of the buyer until the purchase price of the goods has been paid in full.
All prices and products quoted are subject to alteration or withdrawal from time to time without notice.
All deliveries are to be made within the mainland UK only unless stated otherwise.
Guarantee and warranties
You must acknowledge that AirControl Systems are not the manufacturer of the Goods. We will however endeavor to transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of the goods.
All Delonghi Portable Air Conditioners are covered under a 2 year warranty unless otherwise indicated. Year one is for parts & labour with the second year parts only. Delonghi or their service agents shall be responsible for honoring this warranty. Ariagel are covered under a 36 month parts only warranty. Gree models are covered under a 12-month warranty. Daitsu Portable Air Conditioners come with a 1-year swap out warranty (Consumers Only) plus a 2nd yea parts only warranty. Business to business warranty is 2-years parts only. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a unit within the first year then we will recover the unit from you using a courier (this will be at our expense but it will be your responsibility to ensure the item is packed sufficiently securely). Once we have received the machine we will either repair or replace the unit and return it to you by free of charge. In the event that we can no longer replace a faulty or repair a faulty machine, we will offer a refund. The amount of refund will depend on the period of use that you have received from the machine as per current consumer law.
Ordering
You may order products displayed on this web site by telephoning AirControl Systems or by faxing or posting a purchase order. If you place your order via fax, telephone or mail we will confirm you order via e-mail or post within 2 working days.
If AirControl Systems is unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as it can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and refund you any money, which you have paid.
You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. You may also pay by cheque or money order if you wish.
AirControl Systems will debit money from your account within one working day after it has received your order.
AirControl Systems cannot guarantee delivery times but it aims to deliver within the advised specified when placing your order.
If the goods are not delivered within the specified delivery time then please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
